·All qualifying member groups with 2 through 49 employees, located in Nevada will receive
a 6% discount on all Saint Mary’s HMO and POS plans and a 10% discount on all PPO plans, other than high deductible health plans that have been written with an effective date of
January 1, 2007 or after.
·All member groups with over 50 employees, located in Nevada, will receive special consideration based upon individual case review.
