Membership categories

Contractor
A Contractor membership is for contractors capable of undertaking work as a prime contractor with overall responsibility for the completion of a project as a general contractor or subcontractors who usually contract to a general contractor or an owner for specialized work; whose responsibility is the completion of a specific portion of a project a specialty contractor.

Annual dues for general contractors/subcontractors are based on the company’s gross volume of work done in northern Nevada from the previous year.

An Affiliate membership is for businesses that engage primarily in the supply and/or sale of materials, equipment, and/or services used by contractors involved in construction, including licensed consultants.
